Wayne Roberts aka “Stay High 149” or “Voice of the Ghetto”, who was born and raised in the Bronx (NYC) is considered one of the founding fathers and most inspiring legends of graffiti art. Stay High 149 is an originator, innovator and influencer, who has affected generations of graffiti writers, paving the way for graffiti culture as we know it.
