Wow, was war das den bitte für ein großartiger Release?
Bei herrlichstem Sommerwetter fanden sich die ersten New Balance Liebhaber schon weit vor Storeöffnung ein, um sicher zu gehen, ihren Favoriten aus dem “Berlin – City of Values” Pack auch zu bekommen. Wie gewohnt lief der Verkauf reibungslos und man hatte die Chance, die ein oder anderen Fachgespräche zu führen. Besonders erfreulich für uns war, dass man nicht nur die geballte Berliner Community begrüßen durfte, sondern auch neue Gesichter erspähte, welche u.a. extra aus der Schweiz und England angereist waren.

The first New Balance lovers arrived way before the opening of the store to make sure they would get their favorite pair of the “Berlin – Cty of Values” pack. As usual, the sales went smoothly and you had the chance for some passionate nerd talk with serious NB heads. What made us happy was the fact that not only the Berlin core community haven been around but also that there were some new faces spotted, which had travelled even from Switzerland or England. With the help of Tape-Art-Kunst we brought the topic “Diversity in the Berlin
Mit Hilfe von Tape-Art-Kunst haben wir das Thema “Diversität in der Berliner Elektroszene” auf die Verkaufsfläche transportiert und unseren Store kurzerhand farblich ein wenig umgestaltet….aufgrund der vielen Komplimente an dem Tag war das wohl genau die richtige Entscheidung, um diesen speziellen Launch noch besonderer zu machen. Nachdem der erste Ansturm bewältigt war, machte man sich so langsam auf den Weg in die ELSE, wo der standesgemäße Launch Rave stattfand.

Die positiven Vibes aller Anwesenden, die Diversität der Crowd und die Energie, die zu spüren war haben den Release zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Eingeheizt von DJ JNS brachte Lola Luc mit ihren sommerlichen Klängen die Leute in die richtige Stimmung bevor Godfather DJ Hell übernahm und wie ein Fels in der Brandung die Feiernden auf die Tanzfläche zog. Als Inhalt der Nacht antrat und es so langsam dunkel wurde, gab es kein Halten mehr – es wurde einfach nur noch hart abgeraved.
Wir ziehen unseren Hut vor allen anwesenden Feierwütigen, den fleißigen Helfern und bedanken uns für das Vertrauen, das uns New Balance bei dieser Collabo entgegengebracht hat. Sie haben von Anfang an an uns geglaubt und tatkräftig mitgeholfen, dieses authentische Projekt auf höchstem Niveau umzusetzen.

Heated by DJ JNS, Lola Luc brought the people into the right mood with her summery sounds before Godfather DJ Hell took over and pulled the celebrants onto the dance floor. When Inhalt der Nacht started and it slowly got dark, there was no stopping – the rave was on fire.
We take our hats off to all the party-goers, the hard-working helpers and thank New Balance for the confidence they have placed in us with this Collab. They believed in us from the beginning and actively helped us to realize this authentic project at the highest level.
